Welcome to GetReadyForJob ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

• Resume & job description text: When you use our AI Resume Builder, ATS Checker, or Job Profile Matcher, the text you enter is sent securely to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content or analysis. We do not permanently store this content on our servers.
• Name & email address: Before downloading a resume, we ask for your email (and optionally your name) so we can send you resume tips and updates. This is stored with our email service provider, Brevo.
• Payment information: If you purchase 24-hour unlimited access (₹49), payment is processed directly by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
• IP address: Like any website, our hosting provider and payment processor (Razorpay) automatically log IP addresses for security and fraud prevention.
• Local browser storage: We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember whether you've unlocked 24-hour access and whether you've already provided your email, so we don't ask twice.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered resume content, ATS scores, and job-match analysis
• To send you resume tips and product updates via email
• To process payments for 24-hour unlimited access
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our payment system

3. Third-Party Services

We share data only with the services needed to run GetReadyForJob:

4. Cookies & Local Storage

GetReadyForJob does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your 24-hour unlock status and whether you've already shared your email — this data stays in your browser and is not used for tracking across other websites.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Resume and job description text is processed in real time and not permanently stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights — Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your email from our mailing list, or ask what data we hold about you, anytime by emailing info@getreadyforjob.com. We'll act on your request within a reasonable time.

6a. Compliance with Indian Data Protection Law

We process your personal data (name, email) based on your consent, given when you voluntarily provide it before downloading a resume. In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@getreadyforjob.com.

7. Children's Privacy

GetReadyForJob is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

1. Service Description

GetReadyForJob provides an AI-powered resume builder tool for job seekers in India. The service uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate resume content.

2. Paid Service

GetReadyForJob requires payment (₹49 for 24-hour unlimited access) to download resumes, run ATS checks, or use the Job Profile Matcher. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

3. Refund Policy

Since 24-hour access is activated immediately upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted and used. However, if payment was deducted from your account but access was NOT activated due to a technical error on our end, contact us at info@getreadyforjob.com within 48 hours with your payment reference ID, and we will investigate and issue a refund within 7 business days if the error is confirmed.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to bypass limitations
• Generated resumes are for personal job-seeking use only

5. AI Usage

AI generation features are powered by Claude AI (Anthropic) and are available to users who have purchased 24-hour unlimited access.

6. AI-Generated Content

Resume content is generated by Claude AI. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting to employers. GetReadyForJob is not responsible for the outcome of job applications.

7. Intellectual Property

The GetReadyForJob website, design, and code are the property of Sanghratan Gautam. The AI-generated resume content belongs to the user who generated it.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetReadyForJob is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer for GetReadyForJob is:
